# HIP 98: MOBILE SubDAO Quality of Service Requirements | |

## Proposal Details: | |
If passed, the implementation of this HIP will reinforce the quality of service metrics previously established and add one (1) new speed test multiplier of 0.75X | |

* This HIP is considered approved if 67% of the voting power is reached. | |
* This HIP must reach the quorum of 100,000,000 veMOBILE to be considered valid. | |
