[14:30] Mithaldu: "penalizing parents if kids do not show up at school is bad. instead enforce proper education by separation if necessary if BOTH their kids did not show up to school AND their kids fail to achieve certain education goals"

[14:30] Mithaldu: also, penalizing parents is bad because:

[14:30] Mithaldu: if a kid does not show up because parent poor, then making the parents more poor does not help the kid

[14:31] Mithaldu: and if a kid does not show up because other other reasons relating to their family social environment like being in a cult, then parents now have an incentive to NEVER let their kid touch the school system because penalties kick in as soon as they do
