Admin rights are needed for -AllUsers and for uninstalling provisioned packages so I'll keep the regular Remove-AppxPackage so most of the tweaks can be applied on a restricted user session.

I won't add the Xbox Game Bar to the list as some games try to launch the ms-gamingoverlay: URI at launch. However, if the other Xbox-related packages are not breaking the game bar after uninstalling I can add them.
