- When you've worked towards a goal in the past, what systems or tools have been helpful for you in accomplishing that goal? How could you adapt those same systems/tools to use while at Turing?
- I always think through a goal for a later date, then focus on breaking down to little tasks. in this case, getting a job would be the goal, and going through Turing, finish assignments would be the indivial tasks i focus on.
- As you start this new career, what is one of your strengths and how do you know?
- I'm good at organizing/prioritizing. My previous job requres highly organnized skill/mindset, full of deadlines, and i'm always on top of things and have it under control.

- In teams, i always prefer a well communicated environment. Also everyone shares the same goal.
- As you start this new career, what is your greatest area of improvement when it comes to your professional skills?
- This type of team work is new to me, so i'd say team work would be needed to improve.
- How will developing a deeper understanding of your strengths and working preferences benefit you as a software developer?
- By understanding of my strengths and working preferance, I can contribute to my team better, knowing what to offer. And to communicate better with my team to achieve the working environment i desire, in order to produce better as well.

- joining a new team and fitting in well. Continue learning to become better.
