1. What is something you have learned to do well (list a skill)? -I can plan ahead.
2. What is something you know about (list some knowledge/expertise you have)? -I know practice is important.

• I am dedicated.

1. What role does empathy play in your life and how has it helped you?

• It is one of the essential foundation of who I am, what I am. I don't feel lost, knowing that I can be empathetic toward others. It helps me to work better with others, care about other people and the world.

2. How does empathy help you build better software?

• technology changes world, and empathy help me using technology to change the world to a better place . Changes that benifit more people, not necessarily for the major population. With empathy, I would listen better, consider more aspect of user experience, consider more variaties of user group.

3. Why is empathy important for working on a team?

• Empathy helps a team works better in different aspects. With empathy, people would be more considerate towards others, make planing easier. it could even change the way code is being written, like better named variables etc. Over all, it would help the teamwork be more productive.

4. Describe a situation in which your ability to empathize

1. When you've worked towards a goal in the past, what systems or tools have been helpful for you in accomplishing that goal? How could you adapt those same systems/tools to use while at Turing?

• I always think through a goal for a later date, then focus on breaking down to little tasks. in this case, getting a job would be the goal, and going through Turing, finish assignments would be the indivial tasks i focus on.

1. As you start this new career, what is one of your strengths and how do you know?

• I'm good at organizing/prioritizing. My previous job requres highly organnized skill/mindset, full of deadlines, and i'm always on top of things and have it under control.

• In teams, i always prefer a well communicated environment. Also everyone shares the same goal.

1. As you start this new career, what is your greatest area of improvement when it comes to your professional skills?

• This type of team work is new to me, so i'd say tea
