Keep in mind that if you're not careful when selecting the settings, not only will it remove the preinstalled TikTok app but also the default photo viewer. Other than that works great.

Voidtools Everything & Everything Toolbar
You can use Windows search in the Start menu, so having a separate icon for that doesn't make sense. But you can put Everything Search there, and search quickly through every single file on your drive, which is a cool option.
Microsoft actively develops a set of tools called PowerToys. They're great!

Windows put their weather / ad app in the tray, which is rubbish, but it is actually cool to have a weather there (without ads this time).
