im new to this, where and how to execute the above command ,im getting watchman is not recognised as an internal or external command in command prompt,please help

I am too ((( How use it in Reac-Native without yarn? And write "watchman" - not internal or external
command executing a program or batch file.
I'm very sad(((

Currently has beta status for Windows but can be installed. Not yet followed the guide myself.

watchman should be install with react-native
