MacOS Release Dates for installers that balk at newer dates

Various Versions of macOS/OSX will fail on install for various reasons. You can fix them by disconnecting from your wifi or network or resetting your NVRAM. Booting from your USB stick, opening terminal and doing: date ########## where the # nubers are below. Format is: MMDDhhmmYY

13    - Ventura       - date 0101010123 <- Currently not needed

I’ve had success using Homebrew in a multi-user environment the following way:

Create a shared Homebrew user

Create a new (non-GUI) user, group and home directory:

sudo /usr/sbin/sysadminctl -addUser brew \
  -fullName 'Homebrew' -admin -home /var/brew \
  -password - -UID 430 \

You will need: 
1. an intel or universal mac os Tiger installer, personally, I found great success with the 10.4.7 and 10.4.10 installers for various 2007 models.
2. efi32-srvr.rom, I'm not providing links, google it.
3. ESXi installed and unlocked with ESXi-Unlocker

Clover Wizard and Mactracker are great tools for figuring this stuff out in terms of what hardware and what OS versions are compatible,
most Tiger install disks apart from a few shipped with checks to see what model mac you're running and only install on "compatible" machines.

Creating a bootable macOS USB installer

• First, plug in an 8GB (or bigger) USB drive, and use Disk Utility to erase it
• If you use the default settings, you should wind up with a blank drive at /Volumes/Untitled.

With that volume in place, and with the macOS installer sitting in /Applications/Install\ macOS\ [VERSION].app, run the following command in your terminal to create a bootable install media (for Sierra):

sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/Untitled --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sierra.app --nointeraction
