    Installation of Manjaro to Lenovo Legion Y530/Y7000

Tips


Before Installation, to avoid freezes while trying to configure the Hardware, use 1 of 3 ways below:


run sudo rmmod ideapad_laptop
run sudo modprobe -r ideapad_laptop
edit  /usr/lib/calamares/modules/mhwdcfg/main.py


Add "acpi=off" to grub when reboot


run sudo rmmod ideapad_laptop to enable wifi connection (ur keyboard and touchpad might banned when u use sudo modprobe -r ideapad_laptop)


Install graphic drivers


add line blacklist ideapad_laptop to any file in "/etc/modprobe.d/" path

in the second link, the author teached the way to boot, but don't work when I tried on my laptop,Manjaro freezed when load GUI.
Then I tried Ubuntu 18.04, it can be installed yet can't boot directly.People told me add "acpi=off" to grub to boot. add "rmmod ideapad_laptop" in autostart or)
