when i require this with node 5.4 nothing happens. returns {}

npm install datejs
and than to make it node compatible at the very bottom of the script add the line:
module.exports = Date;

doesn't work in the repl... it probably works outside.

i'm using another library (date-utils) with a similar structure. it doesn't work in the repl but it does work in couchdb.

In require calls, ./ refers to local files. You want to refer to the installed module, so remove the dot slash.
