Most of the terminal emulators auto-detect when a URL appears onscreen and allow to conveniently open them (e.g. via Ctrl+click or Cmd+click, or the right click menu).
It was, however, not possible until now for arbitrary text to point to URLs, just as on webpages.
While the following structure is not an absolute requirement or enforced by the tools, it is a recommendation based on what the JavaScript and in particular Node community at large have been following by convention.
Beyond a suggested structure, no tooling recommendations, or sub-module structure is outlined here.

There are lots of cases that you can improve. The examples use nullable reference types, but only the WhenNotNull example requires it.
Consider adopting the new property pattern, wherever you use IsNullOrEmpty.
