|1. Unplug the desk for 20 seconds. Plug it back in. Wait a full 20 seconds.|
|2. Press the up and down buttons until the desk lowers all the way and beeps or 20 seconds pass.|
|3. Release both buttons.|
|4. Press the down buttons until the desk beeps one more time or 20 seconds pass.|
|Then you are good to go!|

For after resetting it only went down but not up. I realized I need to get it down all the way to get completely reset and all buttons to work.
Solved the issue of my wife's desk going down (but not up) and displaying 000 on the display, even after a couple unpluggings. Pressing both buttons until it beeped, then pressing down until it bottomed out reset the display and it moves in both directions just fine now! YAY Autonomous, YAY Google for making this the top result!
But isn't it sad that we have to do this at all?
