Display improvements for the Corne-ish Zen keyboard

This note details the changes made to the Zen and ZMK codebase to improve the experience of e-ink displays.

Getting the changes

You can test out below changes using your Zen config repo by modifying your config/west.yml file, following ZMK instructions:

Install Proxmox, RancherOS, in a VM with Rancher 2.0 and Portainer

Setup Proxmox

1. Install Proxmox 5.3
2. Console/SSH into Proxmox
3. nano /etc/apt/sources.list
4. edit the file to look like this

Persistent data storage on CoreOS-cluster

Storing the data on the host machine

Data directories are created in /home/coreos and mounted into the container using volume cli options of docker run. All data the container writes is stored on the host and as long as the host persists safe against container restarts / recreates.
