Sourdough Waffles v0.1
======================
Yields about 10 waffles on my Krups 2 slice belgian wafflemaker
Ingrediants
-----------
- 500g of active starter (built up overnight, 100% hydration)
- 1.5 tbsp veg oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- .5 tsp salt
Instructions:
-------------
1. allow your waffle iron to warm
2. beat eggs and vegetable oil
3. combine starter, baking soda, salt in a second large mixing bowl
4. fold in egg mixture
5. allow batter to rest for a few minutes
6. if nessecary spray a light coating of oil on iron, then cook in batches till golden brown
Notes:
------
If your starter is of a different hydration, it works best to adjust it when building it up overnight, you can add flour or water at cook time, but YMMV
