Comment out this line from your VMX file: sound.virtualDev = "hdaudio"
If you don't want to do that, change the audio format settings in Windows to "24 bit, 44100 Hz (Studio Quality)" or higher, which greatly improves (※ but does not completely fix) the issue.

In Adobe Flash Player versions newer than 32.0.0.344 they added a "Timebomb" for the EOL.
the player would refuse to run any custom flash content after 12/01/2021,
instead it would just show this

Add this to /etc/profile:
alias syslog="socat - UNIX-CONNECT:/var/run/lockdown/syslog.sock"
Install socat from Cydia if you haven't already, run . /etc/profile to re-read the script and then you can type:
