Use one of these techniques to install node and npm without having to sudo. Discussed in more detail at http://joyeur.com/2010/12/10/installing-node-and-npm/ Note: npm >=0.3 is *safer* when using sudo.
echo 'export PATH=$HOME/local/bin:$PATH' >> ~/.bashrc
. ~/.bashrc
mkdir ~/local
mkdir ~/node-latest-install
cd ~/node-latest-install
curl http://nodejs.org/dist/node-latest.tar.gz | tar xz --strip-components=1
./configure --prefix=~/local
make install # ok, fine, this step probably takes more than 30 seconds...
curl https://www.npmjs.org/install.sh | sh

});
var Temp = mongoose.model('Temp', TempSchema);
console.log(Temp.schema.path('salutation').enumValues);
var temp = new Temp();
console.log(temp.schema.path('salutation').enumValues);

Fenced code in bullet lists with GitHub-flavoured MarkDown??

Fenced code blocks inside ordered and unordered lists

  1. This is a numbered list.

  2. I'm going to include a fenced code block as part of this bullet:

    Code
    More Code

add watermark to images with imagemagick (command line)
// Create a watermark image (watermark.png) and place in folder
// Run this script on command line. It generates an image-wm.png for each image.png
for x in *.png; do composite -gravity Center watermark.png $x ${x//.png}-wm.png; done

<h1>a modification of using D3 with X3D via X3DOM</h1>
<p>This version uses spheres instead of boxes, there are less spheres and they are colored with random colors. Of interest is the correct creation of the <shape><appearance><material> tag hierarchy which allows the color modifications of the spheres to work. Totally based on https://gist.github.com/1291667 from ZJONSSON (whoever that is ;-)</p>
