iOS 16.3.1, iPhone 13 Pro Max. Apple Watch 7. Watch OS 9.3.1 The EKG is working. fibrillation not working
@klaus-771 did you do anything special? for me EKG did not work. how did you edit plist?
com.apple.private.health.heart-rhythm.plist
Nice! Worked for me. iPhone7 iOS15.7.4 and Apple Watch series6 watchOS8.7
worked for me also but have this issue (which is not a big deal but still)
I'm on iOS 16 and WatchOS 9. This still works somewhat. The ECG app on the watch works and is able to get readings and transmit them to the health app. However on the health app, ECG says it requires setup, then when I try to setup it says not available for my region

Hello everyone, has anyone tested this on iOS version 17 with watchOS 10 version?
And does anyone know of a free alternative to iMazing, because the "restore" option is not allowed in the free version?
Does anyone has the plist file for spo2 sensor?
I got ecg working but still can’t enable the spo2 sensor

I got the ecg working on these versions with the registered version of iMazing on win. But SpO2 still is not activated

Nisam, odustao od toga. Nisam imao ovaj softver sa kojim sam mogao odraditi bekap i onda restore.
