A ZSH theme optimized for people who use:

Magic words:
psql -U postgres
Some interesting flags (to see all, use -h
or --help
depending on your psql version):
-E
: will describe the underlaying queries of the \
commands (cool for learning!)-l
: psql will list all databases and then exit (useful if the user you connect with doesn't has a default database, like at AWS RDS)SSH into your EC2 instance. Run the following:
$ sudo yum install gcc
This may return an "already installed" message. That's OK.
$ wget http://download.redis.io/redis-stable.tar.gz && tar xvzf redis-stable.tar.gz && cd redis-stable && make
This is the table from man 5 terminfo
.
Do NOT hardcode terminal escape sequences. Use tput with the cap-names from the table below to get the right code for your terminal.

This is how I configured the deploy of my rails apps to AWS Elastic Beanstalk through CircleCI 1.0.
If you are using the Circle CI 2.0, take a look at this article from ryansimms
