Each of these commands will run an ad hoc http static server in your current (or specified) directory, available at http://localhost:8000. Use this power wisely.
$ python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8000
Sometimes you want to have a subdirectory on the master
branch be the root directory of a repository’s gh-pages
branch. This is useful for things like sites developed with Yeoman, or if you have a Jekyll site contained in the master
branch alongside the rest of your code.
For the sake of this example, let’s pretend the subfolder containing your site is named dist
.
Remove the dist
directory from the project’s .gitignore
file (it’s ignored by default by Yeoman).
Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config
file. It looks like this:
[remote "origin"]
fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
url = git@github.com:joyent/node.git
Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/*
to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:
(function (context, trackingId, options) {
const history = context.history;
const doc = document; | |
const nav = navigator || {};
const storage = localStorage;
const encode = encodeURIComponent;
const pushState = history.pushState;
const typeException = 'exception';
const generateId = () => Math.random().toString(36);
const getId = () => { |

{% capture email_body %}Hi {{ customer.first_name }}, {% if attributes.Checkout-Method == "pickup" %}we're getting your order ready for collection.{% elsif attributes.Checkout-Method == "delivery" %}we're getting your order ready to be delivered. <!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en"> | |
<head> | |
<title>{{ email_title }}</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

<script> | |
Currency.format = '{{ settings.currency_format | default: 'money_with_currency_format' }}';
var shopCurrency = '{{ shop.currency }}'; |
All of the below properties or methods, when requested/called in JavaScript, will trigger the browser to synchronously calculate the style and layout*. This is also called reflow or layout thrashing, and is common performance bottleneck.
Generally, all APIs that synchronously provide layout metrics will trigger forced reflow / layout. Read on for additional cases and details.
