How to Download iOS Simulator (Xcode) in Command Line and Install it

For faster connection speed and more flexibility.

Steps

0. Start Xcode in command line by running this in commandline /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/MacOS/Xcode
1. Start downloading of the simulator
2. Cancel it. YES CANCEL IT!
3. You will get a message like this:

While this gist has been shared and followed for years, I regret not giving more background. It was originally a gist for the engineering org I was in, not a "general suggestion" for any React app.

Typically I avoid folders altogether. Heck, I even avoid new files. If I can build an app with one 2000 line file I will. New files and folders are a pain.
