This is my own variant of a git branching diagram template based on Bryan Braun's great template.
You can use this diagram as a template to create your own git branching diagrams. Here's how:
- Create a new diagram with diagrams.net (formerly draw.io)
- Go to File > Open From > URL
- Insert this url (it points to the xml data below):
https://gist.githubusercontent.com/dornfeder/13abff279de357f048e474d4ed6c692d/raw/f5efc838bd34429e59e38063bd348b7a86457d18/git-diagram-template.xml
- Customize as needed for your team.
The following document is a written account of the Code School screencasting framework. It should be used as a reference of the accompanying screencast on the topic.
You're probably aren't going to take the time to read this document if you're not interested, but there are a lot of nice side effects caused by learning how to create quality screencasts.
- Communicating more effectively - At Envy Labs we produce screencasts for our clients all the time. Whether it's demoing a new feature or for a presentation for an invester, they're often much more effective and pleasent than a phone call or screen sharing.
