How to setup Vortex Race 3 keyboard for Mac and move Fn key to Home

How to setup Vortex Race 3 for Mac with latest (on 2020-01-05) firmare V1.02.05.

For better understanding we will use the following naming convention:

  [ L1 ][ L2 ][ L3 ][ Space ][ R1 ][ R2 ][ R3 ]
  1. Reset everything by pressing L3+R1 for 5 seconds. Left LED will blink white color while you're holding the keys. Release them after it stopeed blinking.
  2. Get into one of the programmable layers (R2+RShift) – I like red, the super bright laser LED is the least super annoying in red.
  3. Put the keyboard in Windows Mode (Pn+W), it's the least problematic one.

Action Type Inference
import * as actions from 'action-creators';
// Тип, который берет action-creators, выводит типы всех экшенов по отдельности и собирает их в union

? U

type ActionTypes = ReturnType<InferValueTypes<typeof actions>>;

Action Specific Javascript for Rails 5

Action Specific Javascript for Rails 5

This is a simple example of action specific javascript. It also allows you to pass data to JS from inside rails controllers. Works with Turbolinks 5 (not required).

Installation

Add the files below to your project, then insert <%= insert_javascript_hook %> somewhere in the footer of your layout.

You'll need these gems:

gem 'jquery-rails'
var str = 'class ಠ_ಠ extends Array {constructor(j = "a", ...c) {const q = (({u: e}) => {return { [`s${c}`]: Symbol(j) };})({});super(j, q, ...c);}}' +
'new Promise((f) => {const a = function* (){return "\u{20BB7}".match(/./u)[0].length === 2 || true;};for (let vre of a()) {' +
'const [uw, as, he, re] = [new Set(), new WeakSet(), new Map(), new WeakMap()];break;}f(new Proxy({}, {get: (han, h) => h in han ? han[h] ' +
': "42".repeat(0o10)}));}).then(bi => new ಠ_ಠ(bi.rd));';
try {
eval(str);
} catch(e) {
alert('Your browser does not support ES6!')
}

FWIW: I (@rondy) am not the creator of the content shared here, which is an excerpt from Edmond Lau's book. I simply copied and pasted it from another location and saved it as a personal note, before it gained popularity on news.ycombinator.com. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the exact origin of the original source, nor was I able to find the author's name, so I am can't provide the appropriate credits.

* This plugin makes sure karma doesn't run any specs when there's a
* compilation error in a module by including a module even if the module has errors.
*
* Webpack's normal behaviour is to not include modules which have errors,
* which causes Karma to run all the tests without the failed spec.

What forces layout/reflow. The comprehensive list.

What forces layout / reflow

All of the below properties or methods, when requested/called in JavaScript, will trigger the browser to synchronously calculate the style and layout*. This is also called reflow or layout thrashing, and is common performance bottleneck.

Generally, all APIs that synchronously provide layout metrics will trigger forced reflow / layout. Read on for additional cases and details.

Element APIs

Getting box metrics
  • elem.offsetLeft, elem.offsetTop, elem.offsetWidth, elem.offsetHeight, elem.offsetParent

How to get the current route, queryParams, etc. in an Ember component
// Examples
// Yes, "router.router" twice - this assumes that the router is being injected
// into the component. Otherwise lookup 'router:main'
// One of these will be of interest, figure out which one you want:
this.get('router.router.state');
this.get('router.router.state.params');
this.get('container').lookup('controller:application').currentPath;
