Automatic Git commit signing with GPG on OSX
# In order for gpg to find gpg-agent, gpg-agent must be running, and there must be an env
# variable pointing GPG to the gpg-agent socket. This little script, which must be sourced
# in your shell's init script (ie, .bash_profile, .zshrc, whatever), will either start
# gpg-agent or set up the GPG_AGENT_INFO variable if it's already running.
# Add the following to your shell init to set up gpg-agent automatically for every shell
if [ -f ~/.gnupg/.gpg-agent-info ] && [ -n "$(pgrep gpg-agent)" ]; then
source ~/.gnupg/.gpg-agent-info
export GPG_AGENT_INFO

Converting a shortcode to a block: this method is fast to do, but a mediocre UX. You should only use this as a stopgap until you can implement a full block UI.
// License: GPLv2+
var el = wp.element.createElement,
registerBlockType = wp.blocks.registerBlockType,
ServerSideRender = wp.components.ServerSideRender,
TextControl = wp.components.TextControl,
InspectorControls = wp.editor.InspectorControls;
/*
* Here's where we register the block in JavaScript.

Can you help me understand the benefit of require.js?

I'm having trouble understanding the benefit of require.js. Can you help me out? I imagine other developers have a similar interest.

From Require.js - Why AMD:

The AMD format comes from wanting a module format that was better than today's "write a bunch of script tags with implicit dependencies that you have to manually order"

I don't quite understand why this methodology is so bad. The difficult part is that you have to manually order dependencies. But the benefit is that you don't have an additional layer of abstraction.

Tiny Content Framework

Tiny Content Framework

About the project

This is a tiny content strategy framework focused on goals, messages, and branding. This is not a checklist. Use what you need and scrap the rest. Rewrite it or add to it. These topics should help you get to the bottom of things with clients and other people you work with.

Give me feedback on Twitter (@nicoleslaw) or by email (nicole@nicolefenton.com).
