Install Windows 11 From A Bootable USB (macos)

Personally, I prefer installing operating systems from a USB stick, so here's a tutorial

TL;DR

If you already have some idea of what's going on:

  1. Download the ISO from Microsoft - https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows11
  2. Erase USB device and format in MS-DOS/FAT32
diskutil eraseDisk MS-DOS "WINDOWS11" MBR /dev/diskX

PHP script to automatically clean dirty HTML. Removes unnecessary attributes (e.g. style, id, dir), replaces deprecated tags with valid ones (e.g. <b> to <strong>), and strips undesirable tags (e.g <font>). We have used this script to safely clean hundreds of blog posts that were littered with inline styling.
<?php
// List of tags to be replaced and their replacement
$replace_tags = [
'i' => 'em',
'b' => 'strong'
];
// List of tags to be stripped. Text and children tags will be preserved.

Basic Steps

  1. Clarify and agree on the scope of the system
  • User cases (description of sequences of events that, taken together, lead to a system doing something useful)
    • Who is going to use it?
    • How are they going to use it?

NokiaTool - simple interface Bash script for MediaTek-based Nokia simple phones

NokiaTool: control MediaTek-based Nokia phones from your PC

Overview

NokiaTool is a simple Bash script (nokiatool.sh) that allows you to use an undocumented serial connection in USB-enabled MediaTek-based Nokia feature phones manufactured by Microsoft (even the most basic ones, like the new 105) in order to control them from your PC.

This project is an ongoing work and uses only some bits and pieces of information about the phone internals available to the public, so under any circumstances don't consider it stable or a replacement for official tools if any are present.

Big list of http static server one-liners

Each of these commands will run an ad hoc http static server in your current (or specified) directory, available at http://localhost:8000. Use this power wisely.
