When making this website, i wanted a simple, reasonable way to make it look good on most displays. Not counting any minimization techniques, the following 58 bytes worked well for me:
main {
max-width: 38rem;
padding: 2rem;
margin: auto;
}

* Show the activity over the lockscreen and wake up the device. If you launched the app manually
* both of these conditions are already true. If you deployed from the IDE, however, this will
* save you from hundreds of power button presses and pattern swiping per day!
*/ | |
public static void riseAndShine(Activity activity) {
activity.getWindow().addFlags(FLAG_SHOW_WHEN_LOCKED);
PowerManager power = (PowerManager) activity.getSystemService(POWER_SERVICE);

dictForeach(d2,entry2)
printf("* %s\n", dictGetKey(entry2));
dictEnd | |

Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config
file. It looks like this:
[remote "origin"]
fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
url = git@github.com:joyent/node.git
Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/*
to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:
