So many things to do; it's been forever since I wrote and i should keep it up. But even though I've dropped some things, still
other things have gotten so busy and I'm really having weird feelings about where I'm at, how far I've come, and what I'm about
to do. I'm confident I look like a good candidate and the big test will be acing all the grueling interviews.
"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take," said by Wayne Gretzky, is now hanging up on the edge of a shelf which I view every
day all day when i sit down at my computer.
Here's what I have left to do before I will call myself officially prepped for interviews:
- Review pretty much all my notes

I have to work most of today, tomorrow, and Sunday, but I did make a lot of progress on my interviewing material. And also today
is my last sprint challenge, for computer architecture. Yesterday, I went through each project that i thought i would be using
during my job search and made a pretty detailed readme which encapsulates the project. It includes things like a Code Climate
badge, links to deployed project/related resources, description, key features, tech stack, and more. Surprisingly, it took me
most of yesterday but i did get through all 11 that i wanted to do.
Here's what i have left before the tech interview on the 26th; not too bad:
- review all Anki card material and notes
- clean up all project code
- maybe prepare a presentation/high-level overview, pointing to features for examples (use self-study Qs?)

Finished up writing notes on the core curriculum and it fits exactly into one notebook; i'm pretty happy about that. Now need to get
review questions done on most of it if i have time. Today i am going to do today's school project and then start going through the
projects i'll be showing off in the web core interview. I need to re-familiarize myself with the code as well as possibly clean up
the code and make comments on it as necessary.
I'd like to do a presentation or notes for each one to describe how they show the principles I'm required to prove I know during the
interview, but we'll see.
Also need to do an hour+ of audio to keep up with my current work. Got offered a CS TL position last night, which I turned down
because i have other plans, but I'm very flattered they asked. It means i'm on the right track. They also said I could come back &

One more week of school curriculum left! This week, we'll be covering PC architecture, and next is a 'build week' which is
interview prep. I have done notes and reviewed this week's content already but not done the homework yet. Usually I get through
the homework in two days, though, and I already know how a computer is put together from custom-making my own in my early 20s, so
this week shouldn't be too big a deal.
My tech interview with Lambda is on the 26th, so I'll be preparing for that this week. Have a lot still to get through before
endorsement:
Before Tech Interview on the 26th:
- review all Anki card material and notes

Today will be mostly a transcribing day. I am watching a Frontend Masters React video about state to refresh myself because I
could really use a review of the video's topics. No coding today. I will be watching review FEM videos alongside typing all day
today, so maybe a TypeScript video if i finish with this one.
I got a three on my CGOL project yesterday that I've been working on all week, did well on my unit assessment for computer
science, & watched a lot of big-four interviews last night while rewriting my notes on JavaScript into one of the new notebooks
I recently got. The notebooks look much more business oriented and I feel good about people seeing them; my last ones helped me
get by but were not exactly professional-looking.
I feel really great about those interviews now. I do still need some content review & study terms more closely, but I feel a lot

Busy! Really want to try to keep up on this but the pace has been crazy. Almost done with build week, though. Got my CS project
deployed last night on Zeit and on my own hosting server; decided at the last minute not to do a 3d version, that the time would be
better spent either transcribing or reviewing curriculum. I'm fairly happy with it; should get a three on it. It's supposed to be
a portfolio piece and i will put it in my portfolio, but I must admit I'm not that impressed with it like I am with some other
pieces. I do feel fairly good about data structures and algorithms, though; not 100 percent where i want to be, but nowhere near
as nervous/un-confident as i used to be.
John Mitchell came out with a lot of new written material for the Java unit, so I plan to take notes on that too before school is
up. In terms of reviewing, I am doing Anki flash cards for 20-30 minutes a day, more if I feel like it and i have time, and then
also re-handwriting all my notes I've made during the curriculum.

I've really fallen off the wagon with my journaliing but CS is keeping me very busy; trying to keep up has been quite difficult.
Looking forward to the weekend and a brain break for a couple days.
CS build week next week; won't have the project before the weekend like normal because it's apparently not done yet. Little bummed
about that, but it is a solo project, so that's okay.
Been studying Gayle McDowell's interview book and reviewing; things are coming back to me. Anki has helped a lot. I just need
to keep being persistent & keep studying this computer science stuff hard; it's been quite difficult for me.
So here's what my days have looked like:
